NEW YORK TIMES: “Trump Said to Demand Justice Dept. Pay Him $230 Million for Past Cases”

This is unprecedented, John.

Donald Trump is suing his own administration and demanding that the Department of Justice, which he’s in charge of, pay him a $230 MILLION settlement for investigating his crimes.

We’ll repeat that: This convicted felon – who just forced a government shutdown and has left millions of federal workers without paychecks – wants to force taxpayers to fund his corrupt payout. It’s rotten to the core.

Now, Rep. Jamie Raskin is sounding the alarm about this blatant abuse of power:
