As the government shutdown drags on, some of the most vulnerable Kentucky families are struggling to put food on the table.

Food banks in the community are even more strained for resources than usual, and as Kentuckians, it’s all of our responsibility to take care of one another.

If you are able to, please consider supporting Louisville’s local Dare to Care Food Bank.

There are three ways you can help make a difference:

Monetary donations make a huge impact. With flexible funds, Dare to Care can fill nutritional gaps and purchase at a large scale, stretching resources beyond what one could get at a retail location.

You can make a financial contribution directly to Dare to Care Food Bank:

We’re all in this together, John, so thank you for looking out for your community.
