Friend --

Automation has already destroyed millions of American jobs and will destroy a million more.  And there’s nothing we can do to stop it.  It’s an existential threat.

Having said that -- I am an optimist.  You don’t start organizations and run for President if you’re not.

We’ve got problems, there’s no denying that.  But there are solutions and they definitely don’t include building a wall, bringing back old jobs, or making anything great again.

We have to turn the clock forward.

We have to accelerate our economy and society as fast as possible.  We have to evolve in the way we see work and value.  We can arrest the decline of our civilization, but only if we take bold action and we take it fast.

I’m not holed up in my basement waiting for the waters or the economy to overtake me and my family.  I’ve got two young boys and I’ll be damned if I just rest while the future I see coming up just overtakes us all.

But I can’t do it alone.  I need you on my team and I need your support.  Will you consider chipping in $5 today as a way of showing you’re still with me in this fight?
