Hard to believe, but all of this started with just 7 quarters, John.
When my dad first came to the USA, he had only 7 quarters in his pocket. That
was it.Just a handful of coins, and a dream of something greater.
What seemed like an impossibly small amount was the beginning of a journey
where he built a life from the ground up, working tirelessly every single day.
He faced countless challenges, but he never gave up. He persevered, because he
knew that with hard work, anything was possible.
His journey is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when we refuse to
give up, no matter the odds. Because of his sacrifices and unwavering
dedication, I had the privilege of becoming the Lieutenant Governor of Virginia.
And now, I’m running for Governor of Virginia.

My father’s story is why I hold the American Dream so close to my heart,
John! It’s a reminder that anyone, no matter where they come from or what they
start with, can achieve success through grit, determination, and a commitment
to hard work.
If a little girl from Jamaica can be in the running to become the next
governor of Virginia, then anything is possible!

It wasn’t a cakewalk getting to where I am today. Every step was hard-earned
throughrelentless effort and perseverance. I walked this path following in my
father’s footsteps, driven by the same values that shaped his journey.
But, the American Dream is about more than just success. It’s about the
opportunity to build a better life, to overcome adversity, and to create a
legacy that empowers the next generation. We must continue to protect that
dream, so it remains within reach for everyone who is willing to work for it:

HELP PROTECT THE AMERICAN DREAM!

That is why I am running for Governor. I want to ensure that every American,
no matter their background or where they come from, has the same opportunity to
build a better life. We need leadership that values hard work, perseverance,
and the belief that the American Dream should be available to all.
And as my father proved, all it takes to make this possible, John, is $1.75.
With just $1.75, we can win in November and keep the American Dream alive for
generations to come:

Immigrant.
Marine.
Mom.
Small Business Owner.
Lieutenant Governor.
I’m Winsome Earle-Sears, and I’ve held many titles in my life. Each one hasn’t
been a cakewalk, but I like a challenge. I’ve tried to show my daughters that
what you can accomplish is not decided by the color of your skin or where you
were born.
Sure, a silver spoon would’ve made it easier, but I’ve found a helping hand
from your community means so much more.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you asking for a helping hand to propel me to a
win in my race for Governor.

This will be another challenge, but with you on my side, I know I can do this.
LEND A HAND
