Dear John,
The housing market today makes the dream of home ownership almost impossible for millions of people.
And Labour don’t seem to really care.
Which is why they just voted against our plan to Scrap Stamp Duty.
Help us hold them to account by sharing this graphic here.

Tax hikes from Rachel Reeves are making it harder to save for a deposit.
And big Labour-run cities are falling well short of housebuilding targets, driving up prices.
When it comes to having an affordable roof over your head, Labour have showed they don’t care about you.
But we have a plan to make things easier, by scrapping Stamp Duty and getting Britain moving.
Stamp duty punishes people for moving:
It prevents many young people from buying their first property.
It stops young couples from upsizing to start a family, or moving house to change career.
And it penalises pensioners for downsizing, meaning fewer homes on the market.
While it won't solve every problem, it would have been a step in the right direction.
Which is why we forced a vote on scrapping it earlier today.
And shamefully Labour voted against it.
The British people deserve the chance to find their own home and move where they want without having to worry about the taxman.
Help us build the pressure on Labour to do the right thing and scrap stamp duty on main homes by signing our petition and sharing it with your friends and family.
