If the federal government stays shut down, seniors across South Georgia could stop getting daily meals and wellness checks as early as next week.
Federal community service grants help organizations feed seniors and provide wellness checks — but without that funding, those services will cease.
I’m working to protect the American people, the services to which they are entitled, and to allow them to continue receiving them, rather than having them cut and slashed.
