MAGA is using every tool at their disposal to deceive Pennsylvania voters into throwing out three outstanding Democratic judges that have ruled against key parts of the Project 2025 agenda. The election is in just seven days. 

These judges have been responsible for: 

• Protecting abortion rights and striking down extreme GOP abortion bans
• Stopping Trump’s attempt to steal the 2020 election 
• Saving multiple Dem seats in Congress from Republican gerrymandering

In April of this year, we came together to fight hard in Wisconsin to flip a Supreme Court seat and preserve Democratic rule, protecting abortion rights and undoing Republican gerrymandering there.

Like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania is a key Rust Belt stronghold that Democrats cannot afford to lose — especially not while Trump is actively plotting how to remain in power after his term ends in 2028.  

The stakes in Pennsylvania on Election Day next week are astronomically higher: Trump’s sinister third term plot hinges on winning this race and unwinding the current 5-2 liberal majority on the state high court. 

If they win, MAGA will look to install loyalists who will rubber stamp not only Donald Trump’s name on the 2028 ballot but his inevitable victory—regardless of the votes.
