At the end of this email, we’re going to ask you to
chip in $3 to keep CA-27 – one of the most competitive seats in the nation for House control – blue.
We hate to be so direct, but we’re tracking behind our end-of-month fundraising goal. Here are two reasons why we need to hit the mark:
- After George flipped this seat in 2024, he became an immediate target. Now, he’s facing a Republican challenger with the full backing of the national GOP – including the incumbent George defeated, Mike Garcia.
- Election Day in California is just days away, and if redistricting passes, redrawn maps will add thousands of new voters to this district. We need to prepare to reach them with George’s message, and in the expensive Southern California media market, it won’t come cheap.
Republicans are unfit to lead the House, and keeping CA-27 blue could make or break Democrats’ chances of winning the majority. Grassroots donors helped us flip this seat, and we’ll need a strong coalition to protect it.
Will you rush in a $3 donation before the deadline? George is fighting for our communities in Washington, but we can’t have real accountability without the majority next year.
