As we approach the end-of-month fundraising deadline, I imagine you’re receiving a lot of messages from candidates like me. So today, I want to explain exactly what sets my race apart.
- I flipped IL-13 from red to blue back in 2022, becoming the first woman ever to represent this district in Congress. Since then, I’ve fought for Central and Southern Illinois in Washington – and brought back real results for farmers, veterans, local businesses, and working families.
- National Republicans didn’t like losing this seat. It’s why I’m facing multiple GOP challengers in this race, why I’ve been attacked by the NRCC, and why we expect an influx in billionaire donors and special interest groups to weigh in.
- I’m not taking House Republicans’ betrayal of the American people lying down. Their cruel agenda prioritizes billionaire donors and special interests ahead of middle class families, and I’m standing up to it every day.
