Today we are officially 7 days out from the 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election and we are not being facetious when we say that Democrats are surrounded on all sides. 

MAGA is spending in this race like it is a Presidential Election and Democrats are hanging on for dear life. 

If the GOP seizes this court they become the umpire for all elections in swing state PA, the keystone of the Democratic blue wall, and home to 19 electoral college votes. Regardless of electoral outcomes, MAGA will be able to declare they won PA, including in the 2028 Presidential where Trump claims he’ll seek a third term.

Losing this court would be nothing short of fatal for the Democratic party. 

MAGA is on the cusp of beating us in voter registration and ironically they are catching up to Democrats in mail ballots (if they take the PA Supreme Court they plan on banning them). 

Right now you can’t turn on a TV or stream a show without seeing GOP ads and across the state voters are reporting a flood of GOP canvassers knocking doors. 

And making matters worse, because the ballot does not show which choice is the Democratic or Republican option, MAGA dark money PACs are pumping tens of millions into deceptive mailers, ads, and texts, aimed at tricking Democratic and Independent voters into voting MAGA. 

These strategies are working, Democratic and Independent voters are confused and MAGA voters are coming out in droves. The situation is critical.
