We only have ONE week left to run our independent expenditure get-out-the-vote (GOTV) door-knocking and Election Day precinct program. With your help, we can ensure voters across our focused regions know to VOTE YES on the retention election of three PA Supreme Court justices, elected as Democrats.
Money has been flowing into the commonwealth, including from PA’s richest man, Jeffrey Yass, who is working to persuade voters to vote against retaining these justices with the ultimate goal of establishing a MAGA majority on the PA Supreme Court in the next partisan judicial election in 2027.
If MAGA and the billionaires are successful with their anti-retention campaign, Pennsylvania could face a judicial crisis. This election isn’t just about voting yes or no – it’s about safeguarding the independence and fairness of our state courts.
