Jay Jones got caught misleading Virginia voters again.

For weeks, Jones has been telling reporters and voters that his criminal case is "shut" and that he's been "held accountable by the Virginia State Police."

That couldn't be further from the truth.

A special prosecutor has been appointed and the investigation is "currently pending." Commonwealth attorneys are actively investigating Jones' community service scam.

Jones has been deceiving Virginia voters about being under criminal investigation while running to be our top law enforcement officer. If he had any respect for you, he would suspend his campaign for Attorney General.

Special prosecutors get appointed when something seriously stinks. The fact that they're reportedly digging into Jones' community service scheme proves this goes way deeper than reckless driving.

Jay Jones wants you to believe that he can command the respect to lead Virginia’s police and prosecutors. He cannot do that while they are actively investigating him.
