Hey John,
Kansas is one of just 13 states that have not expanded Medicaid. In the middle of a pandemic – 150,000 Kansans don’t have access to healthcare because extremists in the Kansas State Legislature refused to allow a debate on Medicaid expansion.
We have turned down more than $4 billion federal funding that would help our rural hospitals and create jobs.
During Oklahoma's June 30th primary, voters from both sides of the aisle overwhelmingly voted to pass Medicaid expansion -- proving that voters understand how important it is to make access to affordable healthcare available to everyone.
There's no question about it, if voters in Oklahoma can work together to demand Medicaid expansion -- Kansans can too.
If you agree that it's time to expand KanCare to more than 150,000 Kansans, add your name today.

Expanding Medicaid is life or death for many Kansans, and we have a moral obligation to pass this commonsense plan that has the support from people across the state.
John, during the current health crisis, many Kansans are left without access to affordable healthcare. Meaning that if they get sick, they risk choosing between a trip to the doctor or paying their bills.
The time to act is now. Add your name next to Laura's to demand the Kansas Legislature take action and vote to expand Medicaid today.
