Hi John,

My name is Cate Paterson, and I just started as Finance Director for
Governor Tim Walz’s reelection campaign! I wanted to introduce myself and
let you know why I’m so excited to be on Team Walz.

I’ve worked on gubernatorial races across the country including helping
elect Governor Josh Stein in North Carolina and Governor Andy Beshear in
Kentucky.

Being able to make a real difference at the state level is something I’ve
always been passionate about, and there’s no better example of a leader
who has made a difference for his state than Governor Tim Walz.

From passing free school lunches, to paid family and medical leave, I’ve
always been inspired by the work Governor Walz has done for Minnesota.

Now, I know you heard from Berrett yesterday about our end of month goal,
and I wanted to make sure you knew just how important this goal is for us.

Hitting our $50,000 goal means we will keep the incredible momentum of
this campaign and make sure every corner of Minnesota knows that we’re not
going to let the MAGA agenda take hold in Minnesota.
