God help me, I’m going to criticize Joe Biden again. Why? The guy’s gone, and nobody’s looking for him.  But I can’t stop with the former President.  It’s a compulsive disorder or something.   Last Sunday, Mr. Biden received a lifetime achievement award from the Edward M. Kennedy Institute in Boston.  Okay, fine. The liberals love Joe.  Why, I’m not sure. As a senator, Biden was a tough guy on crime and opposed busing as a tool for student integration.
