John —

When James says something, it’s because that’s what he really believes.

It’s not because mega-donors or corporate interests told him what to say.

It’s important to him that folks know that he makes decisions based on
what is best for the people. You can’t buy his vote.

That’s why he’s not taking a dime from corporate PACs. That money comes
with expectations and strings.

Instead, this campaign is funded by the people. All of us, coming together
to take back power for ourselves and our neighbors.

[ [link removed] ]If you agree with this approach, please consider making a contribution
to our campaign today. You shouldn’t have to wonder if your elected
leaders are beholden to special interests. And with James, you never will.

Let’s be clear: James will have a conversation with anyone willing to have
a meaningful discussion about his ideas. Democrats have lost too many
times because we failed to build a big enough tent.

We’re going everywhere and talking to everyone — whether it’s into
communities that voted for Donald Trump or onto Joe Rogan’s podcast. If
there are people willing to have meaningful conversations, James will show
up.

But if someone is donating to James because they want special favors or to
buy his vote, they should keep their money.

We won’t take it.

This is a campaign funded by the people. People who know the system is
corrupt and rigged against us. People who want to disrupt the broken
status quo in Washington.

[ [link removed] ]If that’s you and you can spare a donation, then please consider giving
whatever makes sense for you today. It would mean a lot to James.
