I’m Scott Jensen, and I’m running to be the next Governor of Minnesota because I believe we must restore trust in our institutions—especially in healthcare and government.

For too long, Minnesotans have seen decisions made behind closed doors—policies that affect our families, our doctors, and our communities without proper transparency or accountability. And as the pandemic revealed, when trust breaks down, people suffer.

That’s why I stand with those who believe in medical freedom, honest public health policy, and the right of every Minnesotan to decide what’s best for their own health and welfare.

• We must ensure that patients and practitioners are free to make healthcare decisions based on science, conscience, and care — not purely politics or special-interest directives.

• We must hold state agencies and elected officials accountable when they fail to communicate clearly, uphold transparency, or protect people’s rights.

• We must defend doctor-patient relationships, protect personal privacy where medicine and policy intersect, and ensure Minnesotans aren’t treated like pawns in someone else’s agenda.

As a physician, I’ve seen how policy decisions in the Capitol ripple out into clinics, hospitals, and homes. I’ve seen what it means when public health measures are applied broadly but with little accountability. And I’ve seen the frustration when people don’t feel their voice is heard.

My campaign is about restoring that voice. It’s about renewing faith that government works for people—not the other way around. Some of our key commitments:

Transparency in public health: Consistent, clear and honest communication builds trust.

Protecting medical freedom: Respecting that families and doctors should make informed decisions, free from undue coercion.

Accountability for government: If agencies fail in their duty, we must set them right,
reform them or hold them to account.

Putting people first: Safe communities, vibrant economy, strong families, and a government that serves—not sidelines—our values.
