New DACA Resources for Legal Practitioners, Advocates,
and Community Members
The ILRC has produced three new DACA resources. We will continue to prepare updates, practice advisories, and community resources for whatever future changes may impact the program. For now, we need to be clear on the facts, as we best understand them, so that practitioners and program beneficiaries alike are on the same page. Please feel free to download and share these resources.
Thanks to our partners at the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) for partnering with us to create the first two resources listed below.
DACA Frequently Asked Questions
This resource will go through the most frequently asked questions about the DACA program and explanations to help inform the community. Note that this resource is not meant to serve as legal advice, and all individuals who want to understand how the Court’s decision impacts them personally should speak with a trusted legal service provider.
DACA Supreme Court Case Summary & Practice Update
This practice update will help explain how the Court reached their conclusion, what it means for the program, and what advocates can take into consideration when speaking with individuals about the program.
