Breaking News: Texas just confirmed what AFL has warned all along: noncitizens are ending up on our voter rolls.
This week, the Texas Secretary of State’s office found more than 2,700 potential noncitizens registered to vote. Now, counties across Texas are removing ineligible voters and referring illegal voting for investigation.
This is fantastic news. How did Texas do it?
Texas used the tools outlined in America First Legal’s Election Integrity Action Plan — the roadmap we sent to all 50 states showing how to use existing federal law to prevent illegal aliens from voting in American elections.
This is what leadership looks like. And it’s exactly what AFL told every state to do last year when we sent out our Action Plan to election officials in all 50 states.
