The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed cuts that will effectively end this longstanding emissions tracking program.

About 8,000 facilities are currently required to report their climate-warming emissions under this program. But if EPA’s proposal goes through, we’ll lose crucial data that helps hold these major polluters accountable.
