One question we are asked by people looking at a Power Plate and who already own one is what do the different settings do for the body.

The pro models have more granularity/power and the Personal much less granularity.  But this is a good starting point--breaking things out into three zones.

A Quick (And Oversimplified) Guide To The Different Settings On The Power Plate MOVE:

Level 1–2 are Recovery and Circulation Mode. Think of these as your body’s coffee and lymph drain in one. Gentle wave height, about one millimeter, and low G-force.

Perfect for waking up your system, draining lymph fluid, or a reset between Zoom calls.

Do two to three minutes of standing calf pumps, gentle squats, or sitting with your feet on the plate. The result is instantly lighter legs, a better mood, and faster recovery.

Level 3–4 are Activation and Strength Mode. Medium wave height, about two to three millimeters, medium G-force.

This is where your muscles actually wake up and your hormones take notice.

Perfect for priming before a workout or turning on muscle tone without joint stress.

Do three to five minutes of squats, lunges, planks, or push-ups. The result is ninety-five percent of your muscle fibers firing, a growth hormone bump, and crazy efficient strength gains.

Level 5–6 are Performance and Regeneration Mode. Highest amplitude, about four millimeters, and the strongest G-force.

This is your metabolic optimization zone, where the body goes anabolic, nitric oxide floods your system, and circulation explodes.

Perfect for advanced users, athletes, or anyone chasing that regenerative high.

Do one to three minute bursts—dynamic squats, power lunges, or push-ups—then back to recovery mode. The result is mitochondria lit up, skin glowing, and metabolism humming.

The formula is simple: start at Level 1–2 to open your system. Train or move at Level 3–4. Finish with Level 1–2 again to flush and recover.

Advanced users can sprinkle in short Level 5–6 bursts for insane nitric oxide and stem-cell activation.

If you’re using it right, ten minutes on your Move is worth forty-five to sixty minutes of traditional exercise.

Power Plate doesn’t add stress—it multiplies benefits. And once you understand its language, it becomes the most valuable health tool you own.
