But before I make my ask, I need to explain why your support right now is so important:

1. I’m tied with Zach Nunn in the latest poll. As one of the most vulnerable Republicans in Congress, our chances of unseating him have never been better.

2. Sabato’s Crystal Ball just rated Iowa’s Third Congressional District a toss-up. So the road to taking back a Democratic House Majority runs right through here.

3. Despite our momentum, we’re falling behind in fundraising. Zach Nunn has built a massive war chest, and he’s already spending ungodly amounts to buy this race.

Unlike him, I don’t have dark money donors, special interests, or corporations behind me. My campaign is a people-powered movement, fueled by grassroots supporters donating on average $25.33.

But today, I’m just going to ask you for $15. Because if everyone who’s reading this email gives that, we’ll hit our $10,000 End-of-Month goal in no time.
