Team,
We're celebrating two major wins for reproductive freedom—and they wouldn't have been possible without your support. [[link removed]]
In Hawai'i , Native Hawaiian midwives can once again train and practice without fear of criminal penalties. Thanks to our litigation and tireless advocacy from local leaders, the state repealed harmful restrictions that had threatened traditional birthing practices. This victory ensures that pregnant people can choose the skilled, culturally informed care they deserve. [[link removed]]

And in Tennessee, a three-judge panel rejected the state's second attempt to dismiss our challenge to its extreme abortion bans. The court agreed that the state's so-called "fix" to the law still leaves pregnant patients' lives and health at risk—calling it a "circular definition that explains nothing." This ruling moves our case forward, reaffirming that these cruel bans violate patients' rights to life and equal treatment under the law. [[link removed]]
These wins are possible because people like you fight with us. Both of these victories—one expanding access to care, the other holding states accountable for endangering it—represents real progress in the fight for reproductive freedom.
