October 27th, 2025 Gold and silver are pulling back again this morning after retreating from major all-time highs earlier this month.

Recent price action is a reminder that no asset goes up in a straight line indefinitely, and it's prudent for investors to keep emotions in check.

The precious metals' relentless march higher since Labor Day took gold and silver to spike highs 10 days ago that were highly overextended on a technical basis.

Periods of correction and consolidation are necessary in a healthy bull market as is patience.

The Federal Reserve meets this week, and markets are nearly certain about another interest rate cut of 25 basis points.
