was moderated by Dan McCarthy, ISI’s Director of Publications and Editor-in-chief of Modern Age. The discussion gathered seven unique conservative thinkers with expertise ranging from economics, philosophy, architecture, politics, and more.



Kevin Roberts is the president of the Heritage Foundation and author of Dawn’s Early Light: Taking Back Washington to Save America.



Rod Dreher is a writer and editor who authored the New York Times bestseller The Benedict Option, Living in Wonder, and more.



Mary Harrington is a contributing writer at UnHerd and the author of Feminism Against Progress.



Phillip Blond is the author of Red Tory and founder of ResPublica, a nonpartisan thinktank in the UK.



Michael Gibson is the co-founder of the 1517 Fund, a venture capital firm that supports entrepreneurs, scientists, and makers outside traditional academic and career paths.



Nathan Pinkoski is an author, political philosopher, and Senior Fellow at the Center for Renewing America.

Justin Shubow is the president of the National Civic Art Society and a leading critic of modern architecture.



Johnny Burtka is the president of ISI and brings scholarship on the mirrors for princes genre, an expertise revealed in his 2024 book Gateway to Statesmanship: Lessons from Xenophon to Churchill.
