There are now only 9 days left until the most critical election of 2025 for Democrats—the November 4th PA Supreme Court retention election.

The stakes of this race are existential for Democrats.

If MAGA and Trump succeed in toppling the Democratic majority on the PA Supreme Court, they will gain control over the court responsible for how elections are run in the most important swing state in America. This will allow Trump to rig the upcoming ‘26 & ‘28 elections—denying Democrats a midterm victory and control of the White House for at least a decade.

Since earlier this summer, Defend Our Courts has been one of the leading Democratic organizations spearheading the defense of this critical court, and we have since rallied tens of thousands of Democrats to come to PA’s aid.

Now with only 9 days to go, we are preparing our final surge—one last hail mary to try and prevent MAGA from seizing the court and Democracy from falling:

Just a few days ago, our team wrapped up filming for our final slate of ads for this election. The ads feature Pennsylvanians speaking directly to their neighbors about why voting YES in the retention election matters — from protecting voting rights and fair districts to defending fundamental freedoms. 

The production team is working around the clock to finalize edits, polish color grading, sync sound, and master the ad so that we can roll out these ads out across PA in the final week. 

That’s why we’ve set a goal to raise $1 million before Tuesday — enough to reach every targeted voter in Pennsylvania for less than $1.50 each, blanket the airwaves, and shut out MAGA’s billionaire propaganda in the final stretch.

With over 50,000 Defend Our Courts supporters nationwide, if each supporter chipped in just $20, we’d have enough to fund every ad, reach every voter, and blanket Pennsylvania’s airwaves before Election Day.
