Texas congressional map dispute nears end in federal court

Hi John, it’s Julie. 

Texas’ Trump-backed maps are still held up in court, but the decision about which maps will be used in the 2026 midterms will come out any day now. 

The outcome of this case will affect my seat, four of my Democratic colleagues, and millions of Texans who are at risk of being silenced through Trump’s bullsh*t gerrymandering. 

We need to show these judges that Democrats across the country refuse to stand by this illegal Republican power grab, so I’m counting on grassroots supporters like you to show your support before it’s too late. John, will you sign my petition to throw out Trump’s maps? >>

John, here’s why we need to win this case: 

🚨Since pushing his map through in Texas, Trump has already convinced Republicans in Missouri AND North Carolina to steal more Democratic seats through redistricting. 

🚨Now, Trump’s Supreme Court is poised to overturn the Voting Rights Act and legalize racial gerrymandering – which would disenfranchise Black and brown voters across the country. 

🚨Trump is trying to suppress voters because he’s afraid of the power of the people. So let’s make his worst fears come true by tossing his maps and mobilizing a blue wave to flip the House in 2026!!!
