As the government shutdown stretches into its third week, I am more committed than ever to serving you and connecting our community with the resources it needs at this time.

I voted for a clean, short-term continuing resolution to keep our government open and accountable to the American people. While Democrats in the Senate have now blocked that bill more than 10 times, I will keep fighting to get our government back open and running.

Have questions about how the shutdown might impact you or your family? Do not hesitate to reach out to my office, or visit my site for more information on the federal shutdown.

My offices in Washington, Anaheim Hills, and Mission Viejo remain open to serve you during this time and always.

I led 105 Republican lawmakers alongside Senator Crapo in urging the Administration to keep CDFI Fund running so it can continue to empower our local communities.

Every day, I’m fighting to deliver real results for our community. I spoke with the Orange County Register about wildfire prevention, the Working Families Tax Cut, and getting Washington back to work for the American people.

Xi Jinping wants to control the critical minerals that power everything from our cell phones to our fighter jets. We can’t let that happen.

In my latest op-ed, I explain why America must win the critical minerals race, and how we can get there.

Always great to see how local innovators are making a difference in our community! I visited Jeff and Todd Perry with the OC National Electrical Contractors Association to discuss how their team at Briggs Electric continues to lead in Tustin.

I joined the City of Mission Viejo and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for the 37th Annual Walk Against Drugs, a great tradition promoting health, safety, and prevention in our community.

I recently had the honor of attending the investiture ceremony for Matthew J. Parlow, the fourteenth president of Chapman University.

Dr. Parlow spoke powerfully about how education empowers students to unlock their potential and achieve the American Dream. I look forward to working with him and the Chapman community to continue expanding educational opportunities for students in Southern California.

I am thrilled that Team Young has helped return over $32 million back to taxpayers from federal agencies.
