John, Friday, I walked into court to be arraigned for a baseless indictment – driven by politics, not justice or facts.

Let me be clear: these charges are baseless. I am being targeted by Donald Trump and his allies for one simple reason – because I had the courage to hold him accountable for fraud, and for standing up to his destructive MAGA policies.

And while they think this will stop me, I refuse to back down.

They’re trying to silence me with this politically motivated indictment. I am fearless in this moment, but I need you to stand with me now to defend the truth and continue our fight for New York. Will you donate to my campaign and The Majority Rules so I can keep fighting as your attorney general?

This isn’t just about me. It’s about whether or not we are going to accept a corrupt president like Trump weaponizing our justice system to silence anyone who dares to stand up to them. But I will not be intimidated – not by Trump, not by his enablers, not by anyone.

I’ve spent my entire career protecting the vulnerable, defending the voiceless, and standing up to corporate greed and political corruption. Now, he’s trying to discredit me and distract from his own wrongdoing. But I will not bow and I will not break.

This fight is about the rule of law. It’s about truth. About democracy itself. And I need you standing with me.
