A brave whistleblower from the Social Security Administration revealed that Elon Musk’s DOGE uploaded the private Social Security data of 300 million Americans to a private server.¹ We don’t know why they did it, or where that data is now.

Earlier this year, when he was slashing through the federal government and causing chaos, Elon Musk called Social Security “the biggest Ponzi scheme of all time,” and said that entitlement programs like Social Security were “the big one to eliminate.”²

And now Sen. Mike Crapo (R-ID), who chairs the Senate committee with jurisdiction over Social Security, has been suspiciously quiet about this significant data leak and the rationale behind it. No investigations, no hearings. Just a letter without any follow-up.

Senator Crapo needs to hear from us now. Send a message directly to his office demanding an investigation of Elon Musk and DOGE’s theft of our data, including Social Security numbers, banking information, and much more.

The whistleblower, who was the chief data officer at SSA, reveals that Elon Musk’s DOGE goons copied the entire NUMIDENT file, which contains sensitive personal financial information about everyone who has ever been issued a Social Security Number, on an unsecure private server for reasons that remain unknown.

Trump’s Social Security Commissioner Frank Bisignano has injected chaos into Social Security’s phone system, misled the public on agency performance, and shut down field offices.³ Now, after this mismanagement, Trump has appointed him as the IRS's so-called “CEO,” giving him access to additional, sensitive financial information of every single American.⁴

We demand an investigation into the whereabouts and protection of our data. Join us in demanding Sen. Crapo open an immediate investigation into the sabotage at the Social Security Administration now.
