Hello,
People can’t afford their groceries right now. They can’t afford rent. They can’t afford their health insurance or their car payment. Yet, at the same time, the rich are getting richer than they’ve ever been.
People often say the system is broken. But I'm beginning to believe that we do not live in a broken system. I believe we are living in a rigged system that is functioning exactly as it was intended…
It’s a system that was built by the political class to enrich and support billionaires on the backs of working people. To extract as much wealth as possible from the poor and the working class and give it to the rich.
But this is not how it has to be. There was a time, not very long ago, where healthcare was affordable. Where major life events like buying a home or getting a college education were ways of building a better future instead of just relegating people to a lifetime of unpayable debt.
I’m Graham Platner, and I am running for U.S. Senate against Susan Collins here in Maine because I am sick and tired of corporate Democrats voting alongside fascist Republicans and oligarchs to uphold a system that is rigged against working class people.
We can replace Susan Collins with a Democrat who will actually fight to protect our democracy from fascism, but I need your help if we’re going to defeat Susan Collins and flip this Senate seat blue.
Susan Collins is the most vulnerable Republican senator in the country. But we need to raise another $100,000 for our campaign to fight back against AIPAC and the billionaires – and right now, we’re still very short.

I am running because I still believe in the possibility of a better system. One where working people and unions have more of a voice than the billionaires and private equity firms who own our politicians and their votes.
We can rebuild the system. But we can only do it together.
In solidarity,
Graham Platner
