Team, Susan Collins isn’t listening to the people of Maine — but she's all ears for Donald Trump.

She's ignoring her constituents’ concerns, choosing instead to align herself with Trump’s harmful agenda.

She voted against reinstating NIH funding, essentially slashing grants and putting crucial medical research and rural health services in jeopardy — all to appease the Trump administration. These cuts have real, devastating impacts on our communities.

And she’d rather shut down the government than fund Affordable Care Act tax credits, which are set to expire by the end of the year. She even called funding the ACA tax credits a “poison pill.”

Without those credits, 50,000 Mainers will see a spike in their health insurance bill. And in Maine alone, research crucial to rural health needs, with awards amounting to $5 million, is now frozen because of Collins' decision on NIH funding.

Collins likes to pretend she’s a moderate, but she’s extreme when it comes to destroying access to health care for her constituents.
