The GOP is trying to rig the maps for the 2026 elections by redistricting in red states across the country, shielding themselves from accountability from voters in order to hold their majority in Congress. But Democrats are fighting back. And that’s why Prop 50 is so important. Prop 50 will give you, the voters, the right to decide our state's Congressional lines and whether Democrats can be a firewall against Trump's authoritarian power grab. Just this year, the GOP has voted to kick millions off of Medicaid, hand trillions in tax cuts to the ultra-wealthy, and now they are letting the Affordable Care Act subsidies expire. They've stood by as Trump imposes tariffs that raise costs for every American family, sends masked ICE agents to terrorize our communities, and weaponizes the federal government to arrest his enemies.
