I’m still at it — taking my pro-democracy, pro-family message anywhere and everywhere people will listen.

Earlier this week, I joined CBS News’ The Takeout with Major Garrett, where I pushed back hard against Republican talking points that are, frankly, total nonsense.

Here’s the truth: without immediate Congressional action, Americans everywhere are staring down staggering increases in their health insurance premiums — no matter how they’re covered. Families can’t afford another round of political games while costs keep rising and Washington refuses to act.

Republicans hold the keys to the House, the Senate, and the White House — yet they’re doing absolutely nothing to reopen the government, bring stability to our economy, or lower costs for hardworking Americans.

I’m going to keep showing up, speaking out, and fighting for the people who make this country work — not the wealthy few who pull the strings.
