We've had a productive week in Congress passing legislation to replace the outdated systems of the past with smarter, safer, and more resilient infrastructure.

This is a moment to course-correct our future: an infrastructure bill that:

Rebuilds Our Infrastructure and Advances Environmental Justice by providing funding for:
- a new carbon pollution reduction program including electric vehicle charging stations, pedestrian and bike infrastructure
- public transit, including zero-emissions buses
- climate disaster prevention
- modernize our highways and make railway investments

Expands Quality Health Care by upgrading hospitals to address long-standing facility disparities in underserved communities

Provides Better Facilities for Our Kids with funding to rebuild and reopen our schools and to help upgrade child care facilities

Creates a More Equitable Society by investing $100B in affordable housing infrastructure and $100B for the expansion of rural broadband, all while creating well-paying jobs.


Together, we can build a more just and equitable future by dedicating resources to low-income communities; improving access for people with disabilities; and emphasizing environmental and social justice.
