We’re in the fourth week of the government shutdown, folks. And here’s the latest:

Elise Stefanik and D.C. Republicans still refuse to extend ACA subsidies to lower your health care costs.

They’re withholding federal funding that could impact 3 million New Yorkers who rely on SNAP food assistance.

They’re playing games with the health and safety of millions of New Yorkers.

That’s not leadership. That’s cowardice.

Governor Hochul is calling on D.C. Republicans to do their damn jobs and lower health care costs for New York families.

While Stefanik and her allies stall and put New Yorkers’ health care on the chopping block, we can count on Governor Hochul to fight back and stand up for New York.
