We have less than two weeks before Election Day in California, and volunteers are making their final push to turnout voters for Proposition 50, also known as the Election Rigging Response Act.
This ballot measure will determine whether California’s congressional districts are temporarily redrawn ahead of the 2026 election. This is a huge decision that could shape who controls the House after the midterm election next year.
So, in our final push to reach voters, we’re hosting a virtual letter-writing event on Monday, October 27, at 8PM ET / 5PM PT. Anyone, anywhere in the country, can join in to help write personal letters to California voters before our October 28th mailing deadline.
Whether you’re new to Vote Forward or have written letters before, this event is for you. We’ll walk you through what to write to make your letters personal and effective at turning out likely Democratic voters, and also how to prepare your letters to be sent.
