The number one job of a member of Congress is showing up for their communities. It’s what they are elected to do, and what they get paid for. 

That’s why it’s stunning to see that Elise has stopped showing up to her House Intelligence committee meetings.

Instead of listening to our intelligence community and experts, Elise would rather spew Trump talking points. When Trump did nothing about Russians paying the Taliban to kill our troops, she stood by him. Our soldiers at Fort Drum deserve better. 

If elected, I will never forget who I serve in Congress—the people. You can always count on me to show up, speak truth to power, and ask the tough questions.

Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about Elise. That’s why I’m running to unseat her in November.
