James, MAGA attacks on voting rights are heating up.
Now, the Supreme Court could seriously OVERTURN a critical part of the Voting Rights Act!
And if they do? Republicans could gerrymander their way to a complete takeover of the House. They'd dilute people of color so they can create an even more unfair and unjust balance of power.
We need to demand SCOTUS leave the few pieces of the Voting Rights Act that are left alone. Will you take a moment to read our open letter below and then add your name before 11:59 PM?

To SCOTUS:
We are outraged that you’ve agreed to hear a case that would potentially overturn the Voting Rights Act.
The Voting Rights Act is the bare minimum for ensuring that people of color across the country are represented!!
Republicans' actions are putting people of color to the side just so you can expand your control in the House. It’s outrageous.
You have a responsibility to uphold the Voting Rights Act.
Your job is to protect Americans' civil liberties and our democracy, not bend your knee to the far-right MAGA agenda. You will disrupt millions of lives if you carry out Donald Trump's bidding by ending this ruling.
Please, do the right thing and continue to protect the Voting Rights Act.
