Folks –

When I first came to Virginia, I had student loan debt, a goal to launch a business and start my career, and the belief that if you worked hard, you could make something of yourself.

Virginia gave me that shot.

But under the Trump administration, that fair shot I got in early my career has become even further out of reach for most Americans.

Trump has ripped health care away from millions to give more tax cuts to the richest few, fired thousands of federal workers, sent unemployment rates skyrocketing, and driven up costs.

Which is why what happens here in Virginia matters so much right now.

In 11 days, we need to flip the Governorship and expand Democrats’ razor-thin majority in the legislature.

And that’s just the beginning. Next year, Democrats need to win the midterms and retake control of Congress.

That’s the only way to put a check on this president’s reckless agenda and get our country back on track.
