I’m Jessica Killin. I’m a former Army Captain, a public servant, a business leader, and a proud mom.

I learned early on what it means to be a patriot and the importance of putting country over party. Quite simply, we’re not getting that kind of leadership out of Washington today — and that needs to change.

So I’m running for Congress in Colorado’s 5th District to bring competence, courage, and character back to Washington.

I’ll tell you more about who I am and why I’m running, but if you already know you’re with me, will you split a donation between me and Brittany Pettersen to help get this campaign off the ground? This district is trending toward Democrats faster than any other in the country — but to flip it blue next year will take an enormous grassroots movement. [[link removed]]

I was raised in Colorado Springs by two public school educators. I was taught the value of hard work and public service from a young age, and that’s my North Star in everything I do.

I got an ROTC scholarship and later served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army, rising to the rank of Captain.

I spent the next chapter of my career working to improve the livelihoods of everyday Americans — and protecting military families and veterans from the devastating impacts of the 2008 financial crisis.

And then I worked in Washington fighting to ensure all Americans have safety and security, economic liberty, and the freedom to pursue their goals.

My love of my country and Colorado fuels me every single day, and that’s why in this critical moment — in which politicians are ripping health care from millions of people to pay for tax cuts — I’m running for Congress.

I’ve seen firsthand how much we need change in Washington — but it’s not going to change on its own. You and I need to do the work to change it. Yes, this race will be hard, but losing is not an option. This campaign is about making sure every Coloradan has a voice in Congress, so I hope you’ll join me by splitting a donation between me and Brittany Pettersen today. [[link removed]]
