Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Christian and country singer Anne Wilson on Fox and Friends Sunday to “discuss the resurgence of Christianity among younger generations and her third studio album Stars.”

Earhardt led the segment by saying, “Young Americans are leading a Christian revival across the country.” She pointed to three cultural indicators to in support.

• Annual U.S. Bible sales shot up 41.6% since 2022.
• Downloads of “Religion and Spirituality Apps” were up 79.5% since 2019.
• Spotify streams for Christian music increased 50% since 2019.

The 23-year-old Grammy and Dove Award winning artist with popular singles like “My Jesus” and “Living Water,” said it was encouraging to see those in her generation turning toward Jesus.

Eric Daugherty, assistant news director for Florida’s Voice, posted a clip of the segment on X, garnering more than five million views.

Bibles, Prayer Apps and Worship Music

Earhardt’s statistics reflect trends building for several years toward faith. In December 2024, World Magazine and other outlets reported, “Americans bought more than 14 million Bibles in 2023 and more than 13 million in the first 10 months of this year.”

While “religion and spirituality apps” include non-Christian meditation and “mindfulness” apps, it also includes prayer apps like Hallow.

The state of Louisiana filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for allowing pro-abortion doctors to mail the abortion pill into pro-life states with laws protecting the lives of preborn children.

Attorneys from Alliance Defending Freedom joined the lawsuit, as did Louisiana resident Rosalie Markenzich. In October 2023, Rosalie’s then-boyfriend obtained abortion drugs via mail from a doctor in California and pressured her to take them against her will.

“If the Biden FDA had not removed in-person dispensing, my then-boyfriend would not have been able to obtain abortion drugs and pressure me to take them against my will,” Rosalie said.

The FDA places Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) requirements on only the most dangerous drugs which have “serious safety concerns.”

Of the over 20,000 prescription drugs approved by the FDA, only a few dozen have REMS requirements. Mifepristone is one of them.

In 2023, the Biden administration modified its REMS for mifepristone (the abortion pill), permanently doing away with the “in-person dispensing requirement” for the drug. This change allowed women – and, apparently, their boyfriends — to begin accessing the drug through the mail rather than from a licensed physician in an office setting.

At the same time, the Biden FDA also created a new pharmacy certification process allowing retail pharmacies — like Walgreens and CVS — to sell the abortion pill.

More Americans believe legal sports betting is bad today than in 2022, a new Pew Research survey shows.

Unfortunately, more Americans than ever are betting on sports — a dangerous trend driven almost exclusively by young people placing online sports bets.

Of the nearly 10,000 American adults Pew polled on the question this year, 43% said legal sports betting is bad for society and 40% said it’s bad for sports.

In a similar 2022 survey, only 34% of surveyed adults said legal sports betting was bad for society.

Even fewer (33%) felt it was bad for sports.

The data suggests Americans are becoming more aware of the harms of commercial sports betting — an inherently predatory industry that makes most of its money by targeting people who are addicted to gambling.

But increased public disapproval of legal sports betting has not yet decreased the number of Americans who bet on sports.

An estimated 7% of U.S. adults placed a commercial sports bet in the last year, according to Pew, compared to just 4% in 2022.

This increase is driven entirely by online sports betting. The number of respondents who reported placing an online sports bet in the past year nearly doubled from 2022 (6%) to 2025 (10%), while the number of people who reported betting on sports in person stayed constant.

There has been talk as of late about why the lie of trans ideology is dying a steady death, while support for so-called same-sex marriage (SSM) has declined only slightly, notably among conservatives.

Why is this?

University of Texas sociologist Mark Regnerus explains in the Public Discourse how trans ideology is the “bridge-too-far,” which may cause more to question other lies of sexual revolutionaries.

As he explained to the Daily Citizen, “The winds have shifted.”

Professor Regnerus states in his article, “What might have seemed like the next progressive triumph-in-waiting is instead running off the rails.”

“There are at least four key reasons why the gender saga has not enjoyed the same cultural, popular, and legal success that SSM has.”

1. While gay marriage radically redefined a vital social institution, trans ideology redefines the human person.

Regnerus explains, “Just listen to the difference between a man saying, ‘I’m allowed to marry another man,’ and the same man saying, ‘I am able to become a woman.'”

There is indeed a massive difference. One is a mistaken choice someone can make. The other is an impossible ontological claim about the person making the claim.
