up 1.56 million acres of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to
oil and gas companies — a move that would devastate one of the
planet's last truly wild places.
NRDC has been defending the Arctic for more than 40 years —
and we are in court today in a case that began in 2020 — all to
stop industry's greed-fueled incursion into this wild,
irreplaceable landscape. We'll continue to protect this special
