Voted for continuing LGBTQ+ discrimination in the workplace

Voted against the right to choose in the Louisiana case, ignoring precedent on the matter
And now he has voted against reproductive rights in a case that allows companies to refuse to provide birth control coverage due to religious reasons. We knew from the start that Brett Kavanaugh would be bad. But now that Kavanaugh has sided with Trump in nearly every case that has crossed his desk, he’s proving he’s one of the least independent voices on the Supreme Court and making it clearer than ever that he has no place on our highest court.
