COURTROOM WIN FOR GRASSROOTS OPT OUT PUSH. JUDGE REFUSES RINO REQUEST TO DISMISS THE CASE. Grassroots warrior Cody LeBlanc, joined by 54 other patriots, has filed a legal motion asking the Judge to direct Chair Horn to acknowledge the recent SCC vote certifying the previous vote to opt out of the disastrous open primary. And further, to disqualify Horn’s personal attorney from representing the Party as the SCC also voted to fire him. (Klenda has bankrupted the Party with his outrageous legal bills). In a hearing this week, Klenda asked the Judge to throw out the grassroots case, but the Judge said not so fast. He said he understood the arguments from both sides and wanted time to review the evidence and the law. This is great new for grassroots. The UniParty RINOs keep trying to pretend the SCC votes never happened and they keep getting smacked in the face with the facts. The Judge indicated he would rule on the issues by Thanksgiving. SCC DEMANDS HORN HOLD SPECIAL MEETING REGARDING HER FISCAL MISMANAGEMENT. More than enough SCC members signed a petition calling on Horn to schedule the special meeting as the Party’s finances sink deeper and deeper into disarray. Three items on the agenda. Furlough State GOP employees until the fiscal mismanagement is corrected. Immediately end her reckless and divisive lawfare attacks on fellow Republicans. And give the membership the opportunity to hold a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE in Horn and her failed leadership. Under the Party bylaws Horn has ten days to set the meeting. AN OPEN LETTER REGARDING COLORADO ELECTION INTEGRITY. Attorney John Case has released an open letter to Gov. Polis and SoS Griswold addressing urgent concerns about the integrity of the State’s voting system. He also details critical witness testimony that directly relates so Colorado’s election insecurity.
