Little ones can get into the Halloween spirit with the outdoor Vampire Bat trail, spooky story times, and indoor games!

Discover haunting happenings at Newstead Abbey. Join a family friendly ghost tour to seek out stories of the ghosts who haunt the Abbey, and have lots of fun along the way! You can also explore the grounds with the Scary Scarecrows outdoor trail. Grown ups can enter the Historic House after dark and meet some of its most famous spectral residents on an evening house tour.

Dead Duck Cult Film Festival is taking over the Savoy Cinema for a one-day celebration of boundary-pushing, blood-stained, and brilliant genre cinema. The festival showcases four landmark works from the New French Extremity movement, a visceral, transgressive wave of cinema that redefines horror.

The day will also feature vendor stalls, an exclusive menu by Tough Mary's Bakehouse, exclusive post-screening Q&As, and a panel discussion. Tickets are £20 and provide entry to all screenings and events (ages 18+).

The Samhain Pagan Market is a vibrant mini festival featuring an array of traders, speakers, storytellers, music, and dance. Samhain is an ancient festival marking the beginning of the winter months and the thinning of the veil. This year's market has been organised in partnership with Pagan Pride.

More than 100 traders will take over Sneinton Market Square and Avenues, including Harmonious Botanist, Forest Fables Decor, Pippin's Potions, Celestial Creations, and Kavana Emporium, as well as lots more magical makers!

The market is open from 12pm-6pm.
