Jacqui’s back to the future

G’day John,
********************
If you signed up to this newsletter, you probably already know
that I have massive back issues from my time in the army.
I’m not the only one. I was part of the first generation of women
who were allowed to train for frontline combat. The training at
the time did not take into account women’s bodies and, as a
result, a lot of my mates have similar issues.
The doctors have ordered bed rest until the operation, which I
hope will be within the next few weeks. I’m not very good at
resting!
In the meantime, I am in constant touch with my office, and my
team continues to do the work necessary for the people of
Tasmania and the veteran community.
Cheers!
Jacqui
