This FBI “smoking gun” shows how there was no serious basis for the Obama administration to launch a spy operation against Donald Trump’s campaign…this is, without exaggeration, part of the worst corruption scandal in American history!

• And we continue to have an impact as we just won a major victory for taxpayers and the rule of law in Montgomery County, Maryland! A federal court ruled that a county program that provides $10million in cash payments to illegal aliens which Judicial Watch challenged in court violates county law and harms county taxpayers. Liberal Montgomery County borders Washington DC and is Maryland’s largest county by population. Judicial Watch’s litigation here is sending shock waves across the country.
