Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Judicial Watch is handling our most significant caseload of battling government corruption and unlawful secrecy in 26 years…which is why I hope you will make a donation to help our fight!

Because standing strong now is the most important thing you can do to defend the rule of law under the U.S. Constitution:

I am not exaggerating.

We must keep fighting with maximum impact on behalf of the rule of law and transparency and accountability in government including:

  • Our taxpayer lawsuit to stop a statewide vote-by-mail mandate ordered by California Governor Gavin Newsom. This mandate is a huge executive overreach that violates both the U.S. Constitution and California law. Additionally, our research shows that the very idea of mailing a ballot to every registered voter in a state like California, which has not consistently cleaned itsvoter lists between elections as required by federal law, is an open invitation to massive, unchecked voter fraud in this November’s elections.
  • Pulling back the curtain on Deep State abuse of power and the conspiracy to drive President Trump from office. Our litigation recently forced the release of the FBI “electronic communication” written by disgraced former FBI official Peter Strzok that officially initiated the counterintelligence investigation of President Trump’s 2016 campaign. This FBI “smoking gun” shows how there was no serious basis for the Obama administration to launch a spy operation against Donald Trump’s campaign…this is, without exaggeration, part of the worst corruption scandal in American history!
  • And we continue to have an impact as we just won a major victory for taxpayers and the rule of law in Montgomery County, Maryland! A federal court ruled that a county program that provides $10million in cash payments to illegal aliens which Judicial Watch challenged in court violates county law and harms county taxpayers. Liberal Montgomery County borders Washington DC and is Maryland’s largest county by population. Judicial Watch’s litigation here is sending shock waves across the country.

That’s why your best tax-deductible donation right now is so important. Remember, Judicial Watch is doing the work that the anti-Trump liberal media and the ineffective Congress should be doing! The Trump administration has failed to take control of the federal bureaucracy, and Judicial Watch is still “the only game in town” exposing and stopping government corruption at agencies like the FBI and the State Department.

And every lawsuit we pursue and every FOIA request we file have real costs…

Especially when taxpayer-funded government bureaucrats and lawyers drag out these actions over months and even years…as sadly, they are still doing. Yet our many successes in breaking through the walls of unlawful government secrecy and fighting for the rule of law prove time and time again that using the courts still works. And we are second to none in educating your fellow Americans about this massive government corruption!

That’s why your support today is so important to our work!

I know you share my desire to do everything we possibly can to hold unethical government officials and corrupt politicians in both parties accountable under the law and fight pervasive, unlawful government secrecy.

With your contribution now, we will continue to be the largest and most impactful watchdog group in the country. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President

P.S. Please remember that Judicial Watch is the only organization in Washington effectively using the courts to hold corrupt government officials and politicians (in both parties) accountable. Thank you for your support.
