President Donald Trump threatened to sue California over Proposition 50, an effort that will make congressional elections fairer.
So, with less than 2 weeks until Californians head out to the polls and decide, we need to be ready for everything.
And John, when I say we need to be ready for everything, I really mean everything—from misinformation campaigns to every trick Republicans will try to protect their control in Congress.
Out-of-state Republicans are pouring thousands of dollars into stopping Proposition 50 because they know if it passes, they’ll lose one of their most powerful tools: power in Congress from rigged maps.
And although I’ll be up for re-election next year, right now, my team and I are focused on giving Proposition 50 everything we’ve got.
John, Proposition 50 is about fair elections in all 50 states. That's why we need you to stand with us today. Will you donate $20.25 or what you can in honor of this year's election so my team and I can get voters to turn out in support of Prop 50?
