John, Pennsylvania is the birthplace of our democracy. So you can be damn sure I’m going to defend it with everything I’ve got.

While the Trump Administration continues to undermine our democracy, we’re leading the charge to strengthen it:

We made Pennsylvania an automatic voter registration state, saving taxpayers time and money.

We improved our mail-in ballots and made our elections some of the most secure and accessible in the country.

And yes, we’ve pushed back against every far-right attempt to restrict your access to the ballot box.

Our democracy is predicated on citizen participation. That means every eligible voter deserves to have their voice heard, without unnecessary, burdensome barriers standing between them and the ballot box. It’s that simple.

So hear me on this, John: As long as I’m Governor, Pennsylvania will be a state that upholds our democracy — not one that tears it down.
